Blizzard came to us with a script that had so much to like about it - monsters, gargoyles and ghouls, high impact action sequences and a brutal, heartbreaking sequence that felt right out of a George A Romero zombie movie. This film follows Lady Liadrin - an elf priestess who has had a life filled with trauma and tragedy. We find her as she seeks help from Alonsus Faol in defending her homeland against a looming threat. But in their discussions we learn much more about her past, her present, and why she feels nervous around the undead….
